1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site or ordering our services, you represent that:

2. Our Services
QuickAdsMedia provides professional book cover technical fixing and print-ready formatting services for self-published authors. Our services include but are not limited to:
Bleed & margin correction, spine width calculation, 300 DPI PDF export for a single platform.
Full technical overhaul including RGB→CMYK conversion, multi-platform versions, unlimited revisions.
Convert ebook front cover to a full wraparound print cover with spine, back cover, and barcode area.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Pricing is subject to change; however, orders already placed will be honoured at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.
Scope of service: Our services are strictly technical in nature. We correct print specification errors (bleed, spine, margins, resolution, colour profile, PDF settings). We do not redesign, alter the visual aesthetics of, or make creative changes to your cover design unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed through Fiverr (fiverr.com/mithun_02). By placing an order, you also agree to Fiverr's Terms of Service. We do not directly handle, store, or process your payment card information.
When placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate details about your book, including platform, page count, paper type, and trim size
- Upload a complete, working cover file in a supported format (PDF, AI, PSD, INDD, PNG, JPG, or TIFF)
- Pay the agreed service fee in full before work commences
- Respond to any clarification requests within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays to your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that involve infringing content or materials that violate these Terms.
4. Delivery & Turnaround
The 24-hour turnaround clock begins once we have received your complete file and all necessary project details. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by incomplete information, complex cover files, or high order volume. We will notify you promptly if there is any delay.
Delivered files will be sent via the agreed method (Fiverr delivery, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox). It is your responsibility to download and save the delivered files promptly.
5. Revisions & Zero-Rejection Guarantee
If the file we deliver is rejected by KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, or another supported POD platform for technical reasons covered by your service package, we will fix it again at no additional charge.
This guarantee applies to technical print specification errors only. It does not cover rejections caused by content issues, copyright violations, platform policy changes, or errors in information you provided to us.
Revision policy by package:
- Quick Fix: Revisions for any errors in our technical work (bleed, spine, PDF settings). Does not include redesign or changes to your original design.
- Pro Fix: Unlimited revisions until the file is accepted by your specified platform(s), for all technical issues within scope.
- eBook to Print: Up to 2 rounds of revisions on layout and spine/back cover placement. Additional rounds may incur a small charge.
Revisions must be requested within 14 days of the original delivery date. Requests made after this period may be treated as a new order.
6. Intellectual Property
Your files: You retain full ownership of all cover files, designs, and materials you submit to us. By submitting files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those materials solely for the purpose of completing your order.
Your responsibility: You confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all elements within your cover design, including fonts, images, illustrations, and typography. We are not responsible for any intellectual property infringement contained within files you provide.
Our content: All original content on this Site — including text, guides, blog posts, design elements, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of QuickAdsMedia and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
Portfolio use: We may use before/after examples of our work (with identifying information removed) for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before placing your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- QuickAdsMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or this Site, including but not limited to lost profits, delayed launches, or loss of publishing revenue
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order
- We are not liable for platform policy changes made by KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, or other POD platforms after we deliver your file that cause a previously accepted file to be rejected
- We are not liable for any loss of files on your end after delivery has been confirmed
- We make no guarantee regarding the commercial success, sales, or reception of your published book
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
When using this Site or our services, you agree not to:
- Submit cover files that contain illegal content, hate speech, content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or material that violates any applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our service workflows, templates, or proprietary processes
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from this Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, accounts, or data
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or placing orders
- Use our services to facilitate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith
- Post defamatory, misleading, or false reviews or statements about our services
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these prohibitions.
